Payment and Refund Policy:

Payment Policy:

  • Payment should be made by etransfer to skateharrowpayment@gmail.com.  If you require an alternate method of payment (ie cash or cheque) please email us at skateharrow@live.ca to arrange this.
  • We do not accept credit card payments
  • NSF e-transfers or cheques will be subject to a $35 fee and payment will be required immediately
  • The 1st payment must be made prior to the start of the first session.  Your child will NOT be allowed to skate unless payment is made.  Further, your childs space WILL NOT be held without payment - simply completing the registration form DOES NOT hold a space.
  • All subsequent payments are due on the 1st of the month for October, November and December.
  • All skaters must be considered "In Good Standing".  This means that all registration fees, coach fees, assessment fees and other potential fees (ie NSF, etc) must be paid in full.  If a skater has not paid their fees in due time, they will not be allowed to participate in club activities until arrangements are made.

Refund Policy

  • All refunds must be requested in writing to: skateharrow@live.ca
  • Once your skater has taken to the ice, the Skate Canada fee is NON-refundable.  
  • A $25 administrative fee will be assessed for all refund requests without a Dr.'s note
  • Refunds are assessed based on the number of sessions that have passed since the start of the season, not number of sessions that have been skated by your skater (we do not take attendance).
  • Refunds for any reason are granted up to November 15th.  After this time, refunds are subjected to approval by the Skate Harrow Board.
